Brought these cutters thinking they may be only as good as the cheap guillotine type I had previously. How wrong I was, the cutters are very well made with a very good grip and a quality feel. The stopper gate is very good so you don't cut the dogs nails too low which is an added bonus. Used the cutters and it made the job quick and safe. Suitable for cutting branches not cats claws
Because for normal to small cats these clippers are far too big. Maybe great for dogs but not for cats. Trying to hang on to a struggling cat whilst trying to cut claws with these garden shears is no fun, frightened to death of cutting her toes off.
