    Gives short term pain relief

Can be safely used if also taking medication for high blood pressure. Other pain relief products can apparently reduce the effectiveness of your high blood pressure medication. Flexiseq Gel provides good short term relief for pain particularly in the knee joint caused by osteoarthritis. Pain relief time varies with individuals but I've found it can be up to a day. Product isn't cheap and the instructions recommend you squeeze out a 7cm length to rub round the affected joint. This would empty the tube in no time so I suggest trying a slightly lesser quantity and see how you go.

  • Most critical review

Not sure yet, but I think it might be helping.

Hard to say if it worked or how well, as I have been in a lot of pain. It is possible that the gel stopped it getting worse, I do not really know. That said, my knees were really hurting this morning, and after using the gel, I have managed to get a couple of things done. Definitely worth a try, as so many people use it regularly, and swear it works for them. I am hoping that with regular use, it might be helpful.

  • Pain relief gel

I find this gel works if you put it around the pain area and not directly on it acts like a barrier. You also have to let it dry before doing anything else like get dressed. I find that the normal flexi seqin the white tube is more expensive than the Sports gel and if you read it they have exactly the same ingredients in them both. I found it expensive at £18 a tube So good at its job but a bit expensive.

  • Expensive but it worked.

Works but expensive. My wife has been using this on her knees and she no longer has swollen, painful knees. Initially it was to rub it in twice a day but because it’s expensive she cut it down to once a day after her symptoms had gone away and they haven’t come back. You have to shop around for the best deal and even some chemists have good deals. We also look on Amazon and eBay. To sum it up all I can say is it worked for my wife and she still puts it on once a day before bed.

  • Brillent

Brillent, i've had one knee replacement, then last year my other knee started to hurt, i tried all the well know brands & was using a walking stick. Then discoverd Flexseq, no more pain, no more walking stick, i've been telling everyone about it, so thankyou flexseq.

  • Good for dodgy knees

This is excellent for coping with the pain of worn out knees. It is good value for the money, in that it does what it says on the tube. It is, however, expensive if you need to be on it for a long period. It has recently gone up in price some 50 %

  • Pricey but it works

Yes it does help to ease the pain. If you follow the instructions you will use a lot just to treat one knee and it is a bit of a pain waiting 10 minutes while it soaks in, I have been using a size of a pea on each side of my knee and it eases the pain for a couple of hours, nothing else that I've tried can come close to this. But it does do the job

  • Relief at last

I have used flexiseq for about a year now and it is the only product out of literally dozens I have tried over the years to get relief from Osteoathritis in my knees and ankles. It is good that its drug free and whilst it is good value at full price it is rather expensive particularly for folk on low incomes such as OAps. It was reasonably priced for this purchase and Lloyds pharmacy had a promotion at £9.99, so I tend to buy in "bulk" so to speak. I firmly believe this is the finest product for Osteoarthritis and cannot understand why NICE has not put it on prescription particularly as it is drug free and there is no risk of interaction between medications.

  • I highly recommend Flexiseq

I struggle with Osteoarthritis in my ankle and a job where I’m on my feet all day. This isn’t a cure obviously but it’s the best thing I’ve found to give me some relief. Spend the money and give it a go because if it gives you just a little more comfort it’s money well spent!

  • MAGIC RELIEF. THROW AWAY ALL THE TABLETS.

I had ankle joints that kept me awake for 10 years. Every night was a problem. I rubbed every make of arthritis cream possible into my ankles. I had steroid injections which did nothing. Eventually I paid to go private. The specialist said he would do an exploratory examination to see the problem. If he could not solve the problem he could give me new ankle joints. I decided there was no way I wanted that. Although my sleeping was a disaster I could still manage through the day quite well. H e told me about Flexiseq. This was 2 years ago. I bought Flexiseq to try but decided it was just the same as all the other creams I was rubbing in. I even bought special types of socks that were supposed to help. T H E N, about 6 months ago I decided to try Flexiseq again, but stick with it for at least 2 months. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE RESULTS. I rub Flexiseq in each morning & night. THE ACHING HAS GONE. I CAN SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT WITH NO ACHING IN MY ANKLES. The beauty of it is you are not restricted to how long it can be used. If you have aching ankles, especially at night then try it. I t might not work immediately but just use the whole tube. You have lost nothing except the cost of a few pints. Try it. If it works for you like it did for me you will never regret it. Mike Hill.
