Great for workouts!
I’m a woman new to boxing & bought this Gallant 5.5ft bag with stand to keep fit, the numbered markings on the bag help when aiming kicks and punches and teaching yourself combination punches. My arms, legs and core feels stronger already! It doesn’t take up a lot of space in my garage like some other larger exercise equipment does and you get a full body workout. It’s also a good stress reliever & makes you feel empowered. It’s good quality at this price and quick to assemble (Just two parts) & fill the base with water. Great alternative to a hanging heavy bag
I was worried about how good this would be. It's really good. It may not be a heavy bag, but its a superb alternative, I put it in my garage and have a workout several times a week on it practicing my striking. I was also unsure how tough it would be. Its exactly as bulky as you want it to be. Hard enough to feel like a heavy bag/person and soft enough to be able to hit and continue hitting. I've been using it to condition my shins with kick practice. It really works well. I have very little negative to say about it, if you pay to have access to a gym then this will save you money. Good value for money although needs a MUCH bigger hole to fill the base ! Use DRY sand not WET as it’ll take you a good hour plus to fill otherwise and fill to the brim or it’ll wobble if you don’t ! Great piece of equipment. We have it on carpet so we did not use the suction feet provided and filled with water. It moves a little, but have secured it from the base. If on wooden floor no doubt the suction feet would not make it move. Alternatively fill it with sand - best for carpet. 5 star - brilliant. All family members use it, gives confidence.

It's amazing, it can soak up the punches/kicks, extremely stable but I would advise sand NOT water, water although heavy sloshes around in the base!. A little patience is needed when filling the base but once it's done it's done, a wide nose funnel makes it easier/quicker!.
