Essential for wheelchair access in many public parks
Bought it for use at kissing gates on public walks which are often not wheelchair accessible. Radar padlocks are frequently available to give wheelchair/mobility scooter access once unlocked. My key has worked every time so far. I carry it in the scooter'basket so unexpected gates are never a problem. Also a disabled toilet has the space to change outfits in, say from work clothes to casual clothes; whereas men's cubicles are usually small.
