Arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Very easy to set up and install. Extremely spacious for two adults. Looks neat and tidy when not in use. The price was very good value. If I have a grumble it was that the inflatable bladder to keep heat in wasn't part of the cost, but I was given a direct link to the correct one for the model, so that was helpful. Great hot tub!
We upgraded from a Lay-z-Spa. We’ve had 3 hot tubs so far and all lasted a couple of years. We were insist about ordering one from a different brand but we have not been disappointed! The self inflation has saved loads of time and the sides of this are not as high as previous hot tubs which makes it so much easier for getting in and out. Would highly recommend. Very pleased with the hot tub. I’ve got the 4+2 square version, excellent size. I’m 6ft and I can lay corner to corner and not touch the sides. They bubbles do stop after 20 minutes but filters and heater continue to do their job. Turn back on after 10 minute break. I’ve had this a couple of weeks. Used many times, can’t fault it. This is excellent, it’s NOT top of the range but you certainly get what you pay for. I ordered late on the Sunday night, it was due on the Wednesday but arrived Tuesday, and this is the week before Christmas. Thank you. It is so simple to put up. Literally unfold it, put the plug in, press a button to blow it up and fill with water. Great hot tub easy to set up
Bought this hot tub hoping that is was going to be good value, I wasn't wrong it is great and family love it .Out of the box plug it in and twist a knob by remote to on then hold bubbles button and it pumps itself up.we bought a bladder at extra cost and put the supplied cover over it and got up to a nice and warm 34° what we set ot at. Goes up 40° for colder weather. Very happy with it hopefully it stands the test of time .😀
