Problems unlocking the disklok
I have had issues a few times when trying to remove the disklok. The inside of the lock seems to turn and it's very difficult to get the key in to unlock it. The key sometimes sticks part way in and is then impossible to turn the lock and very difficult to pull the key back out again. Not sure if this is symptomatic with it being new, I'm going to give it a few weeks and if it doesn't improve I may need to return the item.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quality lock
Nice quality lock. Can be a bit cumbersome to fit when taking care not to damage steering wheel. I guess if it takes time to fit it, with the key, then it’s gonna take a lot more to get it off without it. I have made a cover that slips over the wheel, to help Keep safe if I’m a bit clumsy. i believe you can purchase one if need be. Nice and visible in the yellow colour. I wanted to enhance the cars security, and I feel I have achieved that with this product.

Looks the business but don't know until tried to remove without key ( i hope not ) Only downfall is it is cumbersome to fit and remove, must keep fingers in mind very easy to trap them especially removing it in a small space . It’s difficult to rate this product as I wouldn’t know how effective it is until someone tried to break the lock . It looks very sturdy and well made and definitely looks like hard work to break it. A good visual deterrent
Looks the part, very noticeable,looks like a good visual deterrent, I found it easy to fit and it locks on the steering wheel as it should.Opens up easily , and is easy to remove and stow away on the floor, when not in user, I have not belted it with a hammer or crowbar or attacked the lock with a cordless drill, so can't comment on the security of it ( maybee they should put a video up of it actually been attacked in this way ) hopefully no one else will try that either. Best steering lock
The most robust, confidence inspiring steering lock on the market. A little awkward to manhandle but you'll soon get into the habit of attaching it at every park-up. Best in yellow because soon as a potential villain sees it brightly displayed, they walk away to another vehicle. Get one especially if you love your car.
