Very good for wide arms
Very few places do this large cuff. Excellent value for money and fits fine 9n the machine no problem. Excellent customer service. The cough is excellent if you have a wider upper arm than normal, but can also be used on people with a slightly smaller arm too. Traditionally the cough that comes with the blood pressure machine is just an average small all to medium cuff which will not suit everybody, surveying the extra large cuff as well Lyn able you to take anyone's blood pressure whatever size their arm is. Works well, easy to use

Worth the expense for larger arms
If, like me, you have larger arms (fat, not muscle, sadly) this large cuff is ideal. I have always used Omron blood pressure monitors but the "Easy Cuffs" (or what ever they're called*) which come with several models are pretty useless as they fail to grip properly and lead to far too many Error messages. This large cuff came with three plugs, to fit different Omron models, but none of them fitted my M10-IT model so I cut the plug off my Easy Cuff and fitted it onto the pipe of the large cuff. It works a treat. Very happy bunny now. * I have just checked online and the "Easy Cuffs" are actually called "Intelli Wrap Cuffs".
