Met expectations and more.
The vacuum cleaner is exactly as described. I am very pleased with it. I don't have any pets but allowed friends to rent an apartment with a dog.... with the understanding they would take care of the apt and sweep and shampoo the carpet often. They didn't. I had a Dyson for years. I loved it but it finally keeled over. So very sad. I was skeptical to switch brands. My friend posted about her Bissell and how she was so excited to use it. I took a leap of faith and bought one too. I have to say this works better than my Dyson ever did. The unit is easy to use and the cleanliness it leaves behind is amazing!!!
