Great features, compact size and easy to use!!!
This is just the right size! Just the right amount of information! Love that it vibrates when I have a message on my phone because I am always all over the house and forget my phone! It has various exercise tracking (except for weight lifting which I wish it had). GPS for walking is wonderful too. I ordered a smaller band as I am on the thin side.

Alta HR Fitbit
Fitbit Alta HR. Pleased with my purchase. I had the older Alta and it fried a few weeks ago when charging it, with the original charger. Not sure why, but was so hot to the touch, I burned a finger when removing it from the charger. Glad I caught it when I did or possible fire hazard. New Alta HR seems to be fine, so far. A bit glitchy getting it to sync as it should on my phone, but see on their forum that it's a common issue, so perhaps an update needed for the app? Overall, I'm pleased with the product.

Sleep tracker feature is awesome!
I wasn't sure about the heart rate monitor function - but after about 4 months of use really appreciate the sleep tracker capability. Initially I purchased this as a pedometer and as a movement motivator and it works well. Only downside is that I'm quite petite and even the small band gapes on either side of the tracker with enough room to put a finger between my wrist and the band. I also just loosened the strap as my wrist started to flatten on top where the tracker rested.

Fitbit is helping me improve my life style.
I like the Fitbit because it shows my heart rate as I move, so I know when I am burning calories. It is easy to wear and will tell me when I get a text, email or phone call, so I know to grab my phone. I have set it to remind me when to start my day and when to stop. I access it multiple times a day to see how many steps I have taken. It surprised me the first day. I put it on right after my shower and kept it on all day. Now just past I had to lug my phone with me everywhere to know my steps and many times I forgot and left the phone on the desk or in the car, something. With the Fitbit on my wrist I now know how many steps I actually log and it is a bunch. I can do 2 miles just in my house back and forth through the rooms. Now I know why I fall asleep when I sit down after dinner to watch TV. I've walked a marathon!

I love this model! Super lightweight, easy to see the screen. It's an older model but it really works well for what I need it for. I just use it for steps and sleep, but it has other features, too.

Excellent 2nd hand fitbit alta
After a few tries it aligned to right date and time, and is working well now. I don't think the battery holds power for more than 48 hrs, not the 3+ days described in ad. But it's otherwise in a good working condition, precisely as described, and w/o scratches. It replaces my old Fitbit Alta, which can't hold a charge for more than 24 hrs, but I really like the design of this fitbit, which doesn't make me try and look sporty, lol

useless band
The fastener on the band of this Fitbit is really an ineffectual design. It was hard to fasten, and then became unfastened very soon. I ended up having to purchase a brand new band with a different clasp. I would not have bought this if I had realized that the fastener on the band was so useless.
