Good value and works well.
I use this on small swimming goggles. Works very well but doesn't last long. It soon washes off. So if you are careful not to get the inside too wet, one application will last a swim session. Whilst on it works very well and is easy to apply. A little goes a long way so I expect this bottle to last me a very long time. Doesn't work on visors
Used this on my motorcycle helmet visors, followed instructions to the letter, went for a ride on a cool day, visor misted up /fogged within 2 minutes. See clearly again
I take pictures of babies underwater so I have to be able to see clearly, and in warm pools my mask steams up within minutes. Until this product used old dive habits but it really is not suitable to do that around young folk or in polite company. Does what it says on the bottle
Works well. Recommended by another cold water swimmer. Make sure goggles are clean before use, and bring a bottle of water to rinse after you have applied teh spray and left it for a minute (as per instructions). It really does work!

Great for specs as well as goggles
My son uses this on his swim goggles when used outside and I decided to try it to try to prevent specs fog when wearing a mask and I am delighted with the results. It works
It worked for me in fairly warm water on the Great Barrier Reef so I need to try it somewhere colder to give it more of a challenge. If you can't summon up some consistent spit on demand, this is a good alternative which should give the same result every time (OK, spit is free).
