Unbelievably powerful stuff! Protected a aco channel drain made with a rough plastic surface with duct tape whilst it was concreted in place. Could not remove duct tape residue afterwards so gave this product a try - wiped on with a cloth and left for 5 minutes then wiped again with hot soapy water, the residue just wiped straight off - no scrubbing- left it looking brand new. The easy solution to removing sticky residue left by gaffer/duct tape
We struggled to find a reliable way of removing the sticky residue left behind by gaffer/duct/duck type tapes. We tried a good few products and most of them worked to some degree but most of them also required quite a lot of effort to be put into the process too. The goo gone works well. We found it worked best by using on the sticky residue and letting it soak/sit for a while before giving it a wipe over and repeating for really sticky areas. We bought a car that a previous owner had thought it a good idea to cover the entire roof of the car in duct/gaffer tape to solve a sunroof leak. The tape had been on the car for a while & when the tape was removed it left quite a mess. does exactly what it says
Been using this for well over 3 months and the bottle seems to last for ages. (still have almost 3 quarters left) If you are interested in buying this we would recommend this product. We have used others in the past but found this to work a treat at getting tough labels off, just leave to soak in. Gets there eventually in most situations
Removed goo left after picking adhesive pads off bedroom wall .Took a little time but maybe because pads had been there for years. Also removed sticky glue on an appliance similarly. A very old piece of sellotape that couldnt be picked off was more resistant but then that's not what the solution is intended for.
