Didn’t stay in place
The heel grip are very soft but they don’t stick after 4 times of wearing the one has come away and I have to stick it again. They don’t seam to fit the shoe and feel uncomfortable in the shoes, not so you can’t wear the shoe you are just very aware they are there.

A good product overall
The heel grips themselves are of reasonable quality. However, more instructions are needed about how and where exactly to place in your shoe. I placed them too low down and once stuck they would not re-stick so I ended up throwing them away.
