AFTER FITTING A NEW WHEEL AND A NEW {PAT}TEST THE APPLIANCE WAS GOOD!
THIS WAS A SECOND HAND UNIT! IT CAME WITH A BROKEN WHEEL! THE (PAT)TEST LABEL WAS PAST ITS REINSPECTION DATE!!THE APPLIANCE WAS WRAPPED IN BLACK SCRUFFY BAGS, THAT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD COME FROM A SKIP!
