the instructions were in numerous language variations even though in english also, i found it difficult to make out the instructions !! I contacted the Retailer selling the product asking if they had a video i could watch only to be told they didnt do a video but other companies on youtube did which were SIMILAR TO THERE PRODUCT!! that i could watch !! I got a straight answer without leaving home.
Word of advice: First read instructions! Get everything ready for the test, have some clean surfaces to put everything on(clean tissues etc) Don't hesitate, push gently but firmly that lancet on the finger or else it won't be enough to get the right amount of blood. No pain at all.
