Flat pack issues!
I bought this item not realising it was flat pack and would need building. Firstly - the poles arrived mouldy - horrible smell and clearly had been packed when wet. I cleaned them up and carried on. The poles are incredibly difficult to fit into the holes - I do 5 gym classes a week and struggled to have the muscle strength to get them in. One pole simply would not fit in the hole so i gave up. The seller offered to refund me if I returned it but to be fair - it's the hassle factor that I really didn't want.
