Works well, stays warm, generates heat. lasts all night heating periods perhaps should be seen a s a maximum time. For an 1100 watt microwave, I just leave it on max for 3 minutes, it is still warm in bed with a quilt cover after 10 hours. No it does not mould to your feet, if you want that you need a different product, but it does generate sufficient heat.
