Great if you have an allergy.
I tried all different products but found the dip method easy and doesn't give me a bad reaction. I've not used the false tips yet as I'm still unsure of what I'm alergic too. My only problem with this kit is I feel there's not enough of the resin and spray but at last I can have nice nails without my fingers swelling up. This kit enabled me to apply quick and easy acrylic/resin nails with no fuss and in half the time of normal acrylic techniques. The nails have lasted well and have shown no signs of lifting, over a week after application.
