Error with the doors all the time
Brought this for my daughter for Christmas,, ałl day I’ve been trying to sort a error 11 the doors , still can’t be fixed now , Need some help she was so happy to get this and now can’t play with it properly.☹️

Product is fantastic, though the only floor is that the Barbie Dreamhouse App does not work in Australia, USA only. It is unfortunate because the concept is fantastic and every little girl would love to have and own one of these dream houses. The app is definitely required to setup up the Wi-Fi connectivity or it does not work. Also it has a USA plug, therefore a converter is also required for it not to overload. Maybe in the future they'll include Australia when creating such fantastic toys.

Dream House is dreamy!
It took 2 days to get through the Mattel support service because of the holidays. Once got help to set it up. The Hello House is nice. Kids need to speak clearly to give commands and that's good so they can practice speaking in clear complete sentences.
