My 2nd lot of this product..it’s amazing I’ve replaced lots of windows and doors with new storm guard seal ..it’s so easy to use ..I’ve added a picture of old seal in “middle” to show what a difference it makes..not only do my windows look cleaner when opened.. there draught proofed now..very happy customer😁

easy to use and improve the fit of the door. I wish I had thought of this years ago. The old stuff gets brittle and eventually fails, so now I will replace with this stuff every few years. Doing my windows and French doors next. One word of caution though is to ensure all the old stuff is fully removed (its a bit of a bugger) as the new seal wont go in easily otherwise. Start at the bottom hinge side and work the seal in ensuring its not stretched or rucked up. At the corners put 2 small nicks in a v shape to accommodate the turn without cutting all the way through. A small dab of GP silicone sealant where the 2 ends meet and job done! Great stuff, good price, handy storage too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This product is a direct equivalent to the seal originally fitted to the windows, which had perished. Cut out the old seal with a sharp knife and this is quick and easy to fit, and does a good job. Has made our bay window look like new, and no hint of a draught!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
