In general the product has very high quality materials but the seat , I had to buy a separate memory foam cushion , now every thing is fine. The head rest is confortable

Great chair for a smaller person.
This chair is for mini-people, and the head rest would more aptly be described as a head butt. The chair is too narrow, and the back/head-rest combo makes it a chair that an average height person to a tall person can not use in any practical way. Otherwise it's a great chair. 2 weeks in and so far a great chair
I've had the chair for two weeks. I bought this chair to use at home while i'm on my computer. This is a very comfortable chair and the mesh makes it very cool. The build quality seems very high. It doesn't feel like a lightweight cheap plastic office chair. It was very easy to assemble and only took about 15 minutes. Versatile chair for working or gaming
There are two thing I never buy online without trying them out in person: shoes and chairs. I tried pretty much all the chairs that were in stock at my local Staples, and this one was by far the most comfortable. Unsurprisingly, it was neither the cheapest or the most expensive; price and comfort seem to have a VERY loose correlation when it comes to chairs. The tilt lock is a great feature! The head rest also slide low enough that it is not doing the push head forward thing that sometimes happens with high back chairs. It is such a nice chair! The mesh helps stay cool in the hotter weather and the wheels are super fluid for rolling around. Overall very sturdy chair. Don't beleave the HYPE nor YouTube!

comfortable product
The chair is still new, but is more sturdy and comfortable than one would realize. The lumbar is adjustable and good to the back. Mesh also keeps the chair cool. Of course, that means cool in the winter also, but I doubt that will be a problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
