Cannot fault these.
I bought these for my boy whos deeply into his gaming with his friends, microsoft are good enough to include a basic headset with the console but these are really what its all about, so comfortable around the ears and the fold out mic slots back into the frame of the headband so its flush if you just wanna plug em into a music source and listen to tunes, thats another plus, the controller adapter (included) is removable so these do pair up as standard stereo headphones, excellent quality yet again from microsoft and excellent value for money. Sound quality is superb, crisp and sharp, havnt tested the voice quality yet as this is a xmas present but i cannot see there being any problems, plugged them into my phone and listened to a song through them and i was happy that the sound is loud and clear but its not so loud that its going to give my boy hearing problems through prolonged use, the ear cups absolutely cut out external noise so they dont need to be turned up loud. Just cannot wait for him to use them now. Bang on microsoft, well done on an excellent product at a very affordable price. And a top notch ebay seller too.

Only bought because my controller doesent have an aux and on the picture it shows it has the other plug in option and it came and it was an aux so cannot even use them, the box came and it was all destroyed, adapter has been removed from the box which was the sole purpose of my buying this, just tried the aux on my brothers controller and to my suprise the headset didn’t work the only thing I could hear was a loud buzzing sound and the sound of loud static every time you move god awful product don’t bother

My son is a keen gamer.....
My son is a keen gamer that spends quite a bit of time on his xbox. He has rated these as the best so far, he has had a few different makes and models but says these are the most clear and the mic doesn't pack up due to moisture because it isn't positioned right in front of your mouth. They have also lasted the longest out of a number of headsets. I would say I would like them to last a little longer and I know my son is very particular about his stuff and takes good care of it but all headsets seem to fail in the wiring/connection after a while and not too long a while approx 4-6 mths.

I bought this under the assumption it was REFURBISHED as advertised. Refurbished products by definition have been tested and verified to function properly. The one I received had a loose piece in the left headpiece which made VERY loud rattling noises with any movement. Hardly tested and verified. Don't waste your time.

Great sound
The sound is amazing, so loud compared to my turtle beach recon headset. Mic is nicely hidden when not using. No connected volume controls or mic mute button, but for the price, a very nice good quality wired headset.

Worth every penny.
Wasn’t expecting much from this headset as it was a consumer return and it was cheap but I’ll tell you what.... it was worth the gamble. Works perfect and the sound quality is very good. Inner ear padding cover stitching has came loose but it doesn’t effect it at all and doesn’t bother me. Would recommend this headset!

A working version is excellent.
The product I had was a reconditioned version that had a non functioning mic. But the speakers are top quality with good bass. Separate volume controls. Put this with the elite Microsoft pad and u r competitive without the high prices of Scuff pad and title beach headsets. Well done Microsoft.

Received my xbox one headset I bought for my son so he could talk to his friends online. Supposed to have adapter included. Adapter was removed from box before sending. Box for headset damaged. My son is completely gutted.

Brilliant stereo sound, gives directional sound when playing games so that for example, you know which side of a map shots you're hearing are being fired from. Standard headphone jack fitting which works with all Xbox One models, and microphone is very adaptable and works amazingly.
