J found it to be wery good, J use it on my body against the exema J got from using specialist workwear and haven't used it on my face. One thing though, you need to be careful not to use it every day couse it can burn the skin. It smells like coconut oil and the texture is oily and very greasy, I have oily skin and wanted to bet rid of my acne and spots but this oily cream makes it worse. Works wonders mixed with zinc-oxide
It does exactly what it promises. As it is really strong, to avoid skin irritation and greasiness, I mixed 1 part sulphur ointment with 2 parts pure zinc-oxide paste from the pharmacy. It's not so strong now and has all the benefits of zinc-oxide too. (Recipe from my pharmasist.)
