Makes you jittery!
I took it for two days and personally felt quite out of it. Didn't even feel safe driving! I am extremely active and do a lot of sports but wanted a boost before going on holiday....it actually made me feel wobbly during exercise rather than giving me more energy. However, it did curb my appetite, made me feel full very quickly but the jitters and lack of energy got the better of me so I stopped taking them . Excellent product
This is my second lot of tablets. I started taking them the beginning of 2018, went from size 20 to 14 felt amazing. Obviously i found myself in a very happy relationship since and i put weight back on though contentment. So i have to say yes i need these back in my life. These actually work take a tablet half hour before each meal with a pint of water. I have had no side effects just lots of energy which is great for when you do exercise. Disappointed
When I bought first time I was really happy with the product,but now it’s different ,doesn’t make you thirsty and you don’t loose any weight.First time I was losing 2kg every week and I was so thirsty drinking 5 litres of water daily.
