Give it time to work
I didn't think it was working but after a couple of weeks, the concrete pathway that was green with algae was clear, the York stone slabs had improved by 90% and the stock brick wall was also clear. Fantastic easy to use great results
Been using Spray and Leave for about 3 years now, having a flagged drive and a long concrete wheelchair ramp also carport with the roof made from corrugated plastic, they all looked dirty. Before using Spray and Leave used to power wash paths drives ramp which worked but was messy and used lots of water. Not any more just put the Spray and Leave in the the Spear and Jackson sprayer add water and just spray surfaces, no need to brush it in as the name says just leave it, can see difference starting after about a week, my neighbour asked what we used so impressed asked me to order some for her she has a block paved drive as does her neighbour the difference in them is amazing I ordered some more couple of weeks ago for both of us will be using it in next couple of weeks and again September.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Spray and Leave take the hard work out of cleaning you drive.
This was recommended to me by a Tesco delivery driver who saw me cleaning my block pave driveway. He said don’t work so hard get this Spray and Leave by Spear and Jackson. I have now been using this for the last 3 years and he was right, it’s the cleanest it’s ever been. Just use it a couple of times a year.

Spear & Jacksons Spray & Leave Works Wonders.
I use Spear & Jackson spray & leave and find it excellent both on flags & Indian stone (which is very porous). To get the best results, which I find, is to pressure jet and thoroughly clean area to be treated. Leave to dry, and spray areas with spray & leave. I usually treat on a dry sunny day. I mix 3 to 1, which is a little stronger than recommended, but I have found excellent. I have never used on areas which have not been cleaned, I just find my method gives the cleanest areas, which improve and last over the summer season. I intend to treat my flagging and Indian stone just before winter to test the results. I treat total area's of 300m2 in total, so I enjoy the results. A great value product
Works just as well as “Wet and forget” but is much better value. Even bearing in mind that you have to use a 1 litre to 4 litres of water mix. Use it on a regular basis to keep pathways and patios clear of moss and lichen.

Great product would highly recommend it.
Very impressed with the results. Only spayed a few days ago and patio already looking much cleaner. No green visible at all.
