Very easy to install. I watched the online installation guide, unfortunately my existing backplate was not compatible but once that was sorted it was very quick. I installed the whole thing in about an hour and a half even with the backplate issue. The app was easy to sort so within 2 hours I had a heating and hot water system that can be controlled remotely. We have only really used the hot water as its now Spring but it does seem to do exactly what we want.
