Polywatch is a very effective polish used in the trade to remove light scratches and swirl marks from plastic and acrylic watch glasses. Simply apply a small amount of polish to the watch glass and buff vigorously using a piece of cotton wool or a cotton pad with moderate pressure for 2-3 minutes.

    Polywatch

This is a great product for polishing scratches from the glass of classic watches that pre date mineral glass although if there are deep gauges in the face you may not be able to completely fill them in. I've used it on my Rolex Sea Dweller for a number of years and have always been pleased with the results.

  • Gentle Polish

This product is good for polishing out fine scratches on plastic watch crystals. Deeper abrasions require a slightly coarser abrasive. I achieved excellent results by using toothpaste as a first polish followed by Polywatch to get the final high shine. Both times I used soft leather as a polishing cloth because this holds together better than cotton wool and is less wasteful of the product.

  • Best thing I bought

I had a very deep scratch (one you could feel with your nail) on my Fitbit screen, I used this and it was great! Can't even see the scratch now, but you do have to be persistent with it to get the best result

  • Perfect for restoring plastic screens on LCD toys

I bought this as I heard it takes scuffs off plastic. I was not expecting anything to change, but after one coat the scuff on my LCD Digimon toy’s screen had almost vanished. Four coats in total and you can barely see the marks anymore. I also tried it to remove scuffs on my Gamecube and it worked magic there again. It’s not going to fix all marks straight away but if you are patent enough it’ll make a big difference with very little effort!

  • Very good product

Good service and quality could be sold in bigger tubes because it has other uses ie, car headlight covers etc

  • Use it regularly.

I always keep some of this to regularly clean both my dress watches and my work. I always think I see no difference, but then take a look at the cotton wool pad I've used and it's pitch black with the dirt I have removed! I usually get through about four cotton pads per watch, each one always shows more thick black dirt before I am satisfied I have cleaned my watches the best I can. On about my third tube and clean all my watches about every four months and will keep buying the product to keep them in peak appearance!

  • Great for watch faces

I bought this as my watch face had become badly scratched and I figured it was worth a go before buying a new watch. There were lots of micro-scratches and a couple of long gouges making it very difficult to read the display. After just one application all of the micro-scratches had disappeared and the long gouges were smoothed significantly so seeing the display became very easy again. It did such a good job on the first application that I haven't needed to use it again yet.

  • The best scratch remover for acrylic watch glasses.

It seems a bit pricey for not much, just don't squeeze the tube and dab it on and you'll have enough. You don't need much so I guess the price is value for money. That's measured by results. Previously I used brasso on acrylics before I got a serious case of Watch Acquisition Disorder. This stuff, with a microfibre cloth, or probably better, something softer, will make a scratched glass like new in no time at all. Forget the toothpaste or metal polish tricks, this is the very best for the job. Nobody should be without it.
