Quality Radio.
Sony's radio on a chip consumes little power, so 2AA batteries last for ages. Crisp,clear sound too, once tuned in to the required station indicated by the red LED on the front. Controls too close together, poor design.
The 2 controls on the top for 'on/am/fm' and the tuning wheel, are only a quarter of an inch apart, so in sliding the 'on' slider, it is very difficult to avoid catching the tuning wheel and losing the station. The 'on' slider doesn't always feel to go to the FM position, also they feel very similar. Anyone with chunky fingers will have great difficulty. Poor design.
