Definitely gives a good boost of energy.
I’ve only been taking them a few days but I have noticed my energy levels are definitely higher. I am a regular coffee and energy drink consumer so I am not caffeine naive infect I’d say I have a high tolerance to caffeine. So that these supplements give me the energy boost I’ve noticed whilst still consuming my regular amount of caffeine proved to me the ingredients in these are not just caffeine based and genuinely do increase energy levels. I’ve noticed a performance in my training also, I can go for a bit longer at the gym if I use this as a pre work out supplement. I would definitely recommend this product. I have lost weight already after just a weeks use. They help to suppress my appetite so I’m not binge eating or eating stuff I shouldn’t be. Instead I’m just eating after a gym session and training in a fasted state. Without these I would not have the energy to Train whilst fasting.

I wasn't sure about these capsules when I first bought them as I have tried other fat burners.But I can totally recommend them as I have lost a stone now. I started off on one capsule in the morning for 2 weeks and then onto 2, taking the other half an hour before my evening meal. I am so thrilled with them that I have just this minute ordered a 3 months supply of them. I have even had one day a week where I eat anything I want and still lost the weight...the other days I still had a couple of treats.
