SIMPLY THE BEST PRINTER!
This printer has all of the features I wanted and a lot more. Easy to use and simple set-up. It uses 1 color and 1 black ink cartridge which is what I wanted. Cartridges are readily available. Buy one, you won't be disappointed!

Canon MX472
This Canon printer serves its purpose well. I use it heavily every day and there are only two drawbacks, which have nothing to do with the performance. It goes through a lot of ink, and in redesigning the printer, Canon has the paper feeding from the front instead of the rear. The older Canons did much better when the paper did not have to curl and turn over as it went through.

My Canon MX-472
I wanted the same printer at my home and my cottage. I carry cartridges back and forth to prevent them from drying out. So this is my second MX -472. My Canon 2400 was a continual pain in the kister. It's at Goodwill now.
