normally a great phone, but...
I love this phone with its removable battery etc. Several friends and family have one and are loathe to 'upgrade' so I bought one without hesitation. Unfortunately my new, sealed phone was faulty- the SD card reader had been damaged during production, a couple of the pins had been bent, and so it was impossible to increase the storage of the phone with a micro SD card.The phone was otherwise perfect. I love this phone, it's perfect for an older person like me. Battery lasts very well and has a cover over charging point. It has a lot of good apps one being heart rate (taken by putting finger on back of phone) and a footsteps counter. On the volume control on left side of phone if pressed while reading text will make writing larger or smaller which is great if your eyes are not too good! An easy phone to find your way around. Still a great mobile
I guess the Galaxy S5 could be considered 'old' in technology terms, but this is still a great smart phone. It has all the features I need and the screen size is spot-on for me. New Phone At A Considerably Cheaper Price.
These phones are clearly new but appear to have been sent back for various minor reasons. Mine for instance still had the protective film on it but there was a small chip out of the back cover, which being purely cosmetic I can live with, also there was no box. Although a charger is supplied the USB cables supplied do not appear to work, I had a spare micro USB to Male USB lead which worked fine. Smartphone on a budget.
