Perfect
Ive had Samsung Galaxy phones for years and apart from the battery not lasting as long as I'd like the galaxy is perfect. It is very easy to use, lots of great apps and features and the camera/video quality is second to none! My only other complaint is I wish I could uninstall some apps that aren't required but that could be the service provider. If you want a great phone that can do anything in this high tech world we live in then the Samsung Galaxy is the one for you. Improvements? Longer battery life. The option to remove unwanted apps. Built in protective bevel ( I'm on my 3rd phone due to smashed screens after dropping them). I honestly can't think of anymore improvements. Not a very high tech review, just a member of the general public. Phone/text/internet/some apps/sound and video but especially the camera and video quality is A1. First Smartphone - very hard to get it to work how I want
This is my first smartphone and I bought it to get some internet access on the move on something smaller than a tablet. As it came out of the box I have found it very hard to customise to get it to work as I would like. I don't regard myself as a technological dinosaur head. Any keypress I make I have to repeat several times to get it to register. Very hard to key in the wi-fi password as a first example. It keeps on speaking to me when I can read perfectly well - I haven't yet found out how to turn it off despite printing out and reading instructions. Altogether a very frustrating business trying to get this to work as I want. Probably a waste of money as I think I shall stick to using a Nokia dumb-phone which at least I can work out how to use without spending ages reading instuctions somewhat fruitlessly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Daughter loves this
Bought for my daughter as a replacement for her S4 which got eaten by our puppy. The S5 is slightly larger than my S6, I few wear and tear scratches but overall for a phone for my daughter it is good. It has to be charged on a daily basis but so did my S6. Still the best Samsung ever!
I love s5 because it is very practical and durable. I chose to use s5 duos because i have 2 sims. They both work very well and if you have a monthly contract, the dual sim standby could act as a dual sim active. Can't see myself using another samsung galaxy anytime soon.
