I didnt expect anything from these, i bought them purely as a motivation technique. They have not given me any energy boost atall. They have not messed with my sleeping patterns either. I have not had any negative side effects. They have 100% decreased my appetite, which I did not expect. Not great
I've tried and tested many pills in the last 5 years and these just don't seem to have much affect. With the T7 I get an energy buzz and feel more awake and less hungry, but these do not seem to make much difference at all. Very disappointed as these cost me more than many others that do seem to have an impact. I am very susceptible to these kinds of tablets, yet have gone back to the T7's and when they run out I may give the T5's another chance but tbh do your research and I've found that Phentergram 50mg were the best by far. Don’t work, cause extreme tiredness and sickness
Taken two tablets a day as instructed for the last two weeks. Already seen no weight change even while eating healthy and exercising with my PT They have cause insomnia along with constant drowsiness, certainly don’t help concentration as I always feel too tired to concentrate They also cause my extreme heart palpitations and chest pains, as they areas basically glorified caffeine pills They also seem to have the side effect of an upset stomach and bad indigestion which aren’t listed as a side effect Don’t do what they say, wouldn’t recommendVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Expensive for something that doesn’t work
Unfortunately this product has not worked at all. I haven’t changed my diet at all, and have drank more water as suggested and have even started running again. Haven’t lost any weight, have used other products in the past which have worked. Also claims there are no side effects, this product has a large amount of caffeine and bitter orange, both which have elevated my heart rate substantially. Worked for me
So I lost two stone baby weight then put 10lb back on, I tried all usual methods but it felt stuck, completely stuck. I have a healthy balanced diet, I exercise and I really do, I walk lots but it was stuck. Purchased these and have waited on the review as wanted to really see if they work. 6lb off in under two weeks is an amazing result. I would suggest they are for fitter people with a healthy diet. They are not going to work if you expecting results with no effort put in. I've had no side effects which I considered were a concern, they reduced my appetite and I'm sure made me a bit more focused on tasks, so probably stopped me feeling sluggish.
