What a wonderful gift for mother's day! A quick and effective device used for removing embroidered stitches that may have wandered a bit, easy to do with speedy New embroidery machines. Our older fingers do not grasp like when we first sewed. This device has been designed with properly angled blades to protect fabric. Some caution is still needed. Not what I expected
