Good marmalade and easy to make
Excellent stuff for making small batches of marmalade rather than a whole mountain of it when the Seville oranges are in season. 100% Sevilles. I mix a tin of medium cut with a tin of coarse cut and reduce the sugar to 75% of what's recommended. Or add ginger or molasses or what have you - because you're just making a few jars each time you can experiment.
