Watch out for the broken milk carton!!!
This is a difficult DVD to get hold of. I don't know why, because this film is just as funny as the better known Airplane! It should be noted that in the 1970s, it seemed that the only type of movie being made in Hollywood were disaster films. Which would be fine, given that they started off with Airport and quickly became sillier and sillier i.e. Michael Caine in 'Swarm', that's the one about the killer bees. So when The Big Bus came along it delivered a well deserved kick in the pants to the genre. Like the aforementioned Airplane!, the jokes come thick and fast, as do the laughs. This little gem is a welcome addition to my DVD collection. If you can, get hold of this, you won't be disappointed.
