Looks and feels fantastic
The 'standard' fit gaiter material feels rough and cheap (it feels plastic), albeit with a leather handle. This on the other hand is wonderfully made, great quality and looks the dog's danglies. The Alcantara gaiter with white stitching looks understatedly cool with the carbon handle to finish it off. Takes seconds to fit and has me looking to replace the gear surround with the same design. The only issue i think will be dust and debris will stick to the Alcantara, but so far so good.

Some complain it’s expensive, it’s BMW you pay for premium quality! If you can’t afford it, don’t buy it. This whole trim upgrade is a brilliant final touch for someone that wants this sporty, premium look. The finish is amazingly good and really transforms the interior. Well worth it.
