A great machine with poor instructions.
We are very pleased with this washer/dryer. It is extremely quiet, even when spinning at 1400 rpm. When washing the only sound is the splashing of the water and you cannot hear any motor noise at all. As with our previous Hotpoint Aquarius the spin speed is fixed by the programme that you set. So we often give it a separate spin at full speed when the wash is finished. The instruction manual is very badly written and you end up using trial and error to fully check out each function. I even rang Hotpoint about one function and the Customer Care couldn't answer our question. They were going to send out an engineer to check if this function was working when we decided to just try different things to work it out. We then cancelled the visit from the engineer. But having said all of that we are extremely pleased with the machine and would definitely recommend it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
