Cheap 2012 Instant version great for learning or practice
Wanted a version of Sage to practise on so I can get back to work as a bookkeeper. So many employers ask for Sage knowledge nowadays. I couldn't afford latest so bought this 2012 Instant version. Used to use Sage at work so know how it works. Bit worried when read on packet it would require 4gb RAM on 64-bit system like mine as I only have just over 3gb but it loaded perfectly anyway. It has good demonstration data and a full practice facility plus lots of help info. Glad I bought it (for just a tenner). Great value for money, but beware of an inherent bug
I bought this to do the accounts for a holding company, and didnt want to buy the latest version as it would have been overkill. Although the product is eight years old, its still the same product under the hood as it was, and as it is now. When I came to do invoices, they looked rather crude, this is because you are supposed to print them off on invoice stationary....no problem as everything was for intenal use, I wasnt sending to extenal clients. However, the big problem was when I tried to do a bank rec, the program crashed every time. Turns out this is something to do with an internal conflict with PDF generation, and was a bug at the time of release, Supposedly there was an update, but this doesnt seem availble to download now. For the money, this is a bargain, and does what it says on the tin, But if it was my main accounting software, I would have wanted my money back. Caveat Emptor!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great Accounting software
This product is great accounting software for small businesses and sole traders. Very easy to install and use. Would recommend.
