All brake discs are ABE, including scooters. The discs are wear-resistant and last up to 30% longer than some comparable replacement parts. All versions: Allround, RAC and EC-offroad discs are made of extremely dimensionally stable and hardened steel. The precision grinding surface (thickness deviation of 2/100mm) prevents vibrations and improves the fit of the pads. A uniform and decreasing temperature makes a constant pressure point. A new special alloy prevents excessive Korrossion. Laser technique allows for a lightweight construction with subtle contours. Each brake disc is individually compatible with TRW-Lucas range pads.
