Poor instructions
Although the product is well made the fitting and use instructions are poor as it doesn't mention that it is possible to leave it attached to the chair as it will fold up with the chair providing you remove the head rest itself. It would also benefit from better photographs and or drawings. Manufacturers build these things knowing how they fit. They should get an ordinary Joe to follow the instructions to see it it works

Not For All Wheelchairs!
You need to check your wheelchair type can accept this type of product and there lies my only critisim of it really. Otherwise it's the same standard as an Invacare headrest once on. The instructions are hard to follow and it's hard to get on.
