Songs, CD and Book are perfect for learning. But the tin whitle itself is not the best. It's playable and sounds average, but after being playing for 3 or 4 days it started to loose a plastic coat on it, which wasn't good at all. Better to get a decent one that last ages. Just as advertised. With the CD and the examples it was fine though the order of the tunes on the CD was not altogether as they were supposed to be. You can pick up this tin whistle being a complete beginner and within a few minutes you can get the basics of how to play a tin whistle. The songs in the book are really beautiful and really pleasant to play on the whistle. The whistle itself has a great sound and feels really nice to play.
