The dye arrived very quickly and was well packaged and although in the end I had on reason to use it I have it should the need arise as it is the exact colour that I required and will keep for another time and I would recommend to any body needing a dye

As a result I contacted Dylan direct and they have been extremely unhelpful sent me a questionnaire which I can't access and their general feedback is it's my fault even though I have dyed clothes for years
