GREAT JAM CONTAINING ONLY NATURAL FRUIT SUGARS
It is the only jam that I feel safe with as a type 2 diabetic. I am aware that It contains sugar in the form of fructose in it's fruit content. but I hardly smother it on my toast in great dollops - just a suspicion of the taste is sufficient for me.
