This is a good product on condition you have some minor gap between your teeth. If your teeth are touching or really tight together the material is too thick to pass between them. It is a 'tape' but it is very similar to a standard 'floss'. I tried this and also the Oral B Satin Tape and the latter is much easier to use and get between my tight teeth, the Oral B is more of a ribbon and is very thin, but strong material, it also has the benefit of not cutting into your fingers so much.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
