Great value
As a refurbished machine I was slightly nervous about what I was going to get. But it was quite a bit cheaper than a brand new one. However I need not have worried. Everything arrived neatly boxed. The main unit was perfect and so were the accessories. The only clue it wasn't absolutely brand new was a little water in the tank where presumably they'd tested it. Disappointing
Understandably it is a revamped steamer and arrived in good time but when it did it was dirty and unclean which I would of expected to be cleaned before resale. When I started to use I notice the steam was not powerful enough to penetrait the fibre cloth it came with and after about 30+ mins of use to finally get the steam through it only produced a small line of moister which is not adiquet to clean my floor. So disappointed.

The best steam cleaner for the price
I recently bought this item and I am extremely impressed. I never owned a steam cleaner so I was a bit worried about how this would perform against the old water bucket and mop and I have to say I am impressed. Not only does this clean any hard floors and carpets(which on its own is amazing) but it can also clean windows and between tiles. You can also just wash the microfiber cloth. I think you have the replace the water filter every 6 months but that should not be a problem. This item saves so much effort and time and for the small price I am really impressed. Save your money and stick to a mop and bucket.
