Helps restless nights
This is my third bottle of the spray so you can guess I am a fan. This one seems a little different to the last two; tastes slightly different (but not a very noticeable flavour anyway) and the consistency seems more like the drops which I don't like as much; however, it seems to be doing its job OK. This potion won't knock you out like a sleeping pill by the way.

Does it work?
I buy this regularly and it seems to work for me. However, is it a placebo - I do not know! I like having it in my handbag and when I use it, it works. I feel 'safe' with it and anxious if I forget it!
