If you dog pulls this is for you. This simple gadget takes that dreadful "yank" out of the sudden pull that dogs do to take you by surprise. We use this on a harness and can be doubled up to create a handle that is very handy for getting "Fido" in or out of the car. It is well made with clips being properly sewn on to the stretchy bit (unlike some that are simply knotted). These also retain their stretch without the cloth covering fraying. Useful, but not the solution to a dog pulling on the lead
It's a useful addition to the array of dog walking accessories. It doesn't stop our dog from pulling but at least it cushions the shock when he gets to the end of his long lead. Great item and takes the strain
I use this as my husky pulled hard and would suddenly jerk my arm, I found that by having it it took the strain for me.. I wouldn't be without it and have recommended it to other people who have said what a difference it made for them. Value for money.
My terrier tends to bite the lead (Flexi-Lead and not cheap!) and these items provide a cheaper option. He also chases after various things - bikes, squirrels, birds, scooters, lorries etc. and this items provides a bit of a cushion when he comes to a shuddering halt at the end of the lead which I use in conjunction with a harness.
