When Frank swallows a diseased egg, war breaks out in the City of Frank - in other words, inside his body. The inhabitants of this strange inner city must fight the evil virus Thrax and save Frank from a terrible fate. A whole host of top stars provide the voices for this delightful animated Farrelly Brothers' comedy, with Bill Murray as Frank and Laurence Fishburne as Thrax. Chris Rock is hilarious as Osmosis Jones, a white blood cell "cop", and David Hyde Pierce stars as a heroic flu pill. There's lots of fun as the film spoofs the buddy/cop genre, and some great cameos - look out for Star Trek's William Shatner as Mayor Phlegmming! This is germ warfare at its funniest.
