Well designed & practical
A good size, solid & well designed rear bicycle basket. The lower sloping from makes for easy comfortable placement on my hybrid bike. Like others have mentioned the supplied fixings are awkward to use but strong nylon tie wraps do an easy & excellent job of securing the basket. I strongly recommend this item & would not hesitate to buy again but it looks so well made that I doubt I would need to for a considerable time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The jury's still out ......
Reasonable quality steel basket - not well finished in my case so reasonable quality, but would not particularly recommend. Fixing brackets useless with self locking nuts on the bolts provided that do not secure the basket to the rear carrier. A good size which is what I wanted ..... now secured - securely(!) - with cable ties - not particularly aesthetic, but they do the job intended - unlike the brackets provided.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great value for money
This is made of steel and relatively good quality. For the price it is excellent value. I mounted it to a cheap aluminium front rack, with fixing to the steerer crown and v-brake brasses. This is a cheap solution while I decide whether i like the front basket set up or not. My plan is to upgrade to sturdier basket and rack if i like the 'basket life'. Pros Cheap as chips The brackets supplied with have lock nuts hardware, so it is a very simple and very sturdy fixing with NO RATTLING. The steel is not painted, but covered in a semi-hard plastic. This does not seem durable, but lets the basket be soft to the touch. Cons Made of steel so adds a bit of weight. Single colour option in black. The basket is specific design to a rear rack so is asymmetrical when fitted to the front rack.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lightweight, ample room
Good dimensions, light. Fixing was not as easy as could have been, as brackets did not fit back pannier properly and had to be adjusted off-centre to secure. Very practical for a town bike.
It is strongly constructed, I like the plastic coating and it looks great on my Wife´s new electric bike. It was a bit of a fiddle to fit over the battery case and I had to shorten the securing bolts however it feels very secure.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great basket
This is a great basket to stick on the back on your bike, can fit loads in it and with a few bungees you can massively overload it. Fitting is a simple with the two included brackets, so just fasten it to your rack and your away. This is semi permanent fitting so your not going to want to take this on and off regularly.

Nicely made and strong. Looks good on a vintage ladies bike. The bracket hole spacings meant the bolts fouled on the existing rack, so I attached it with cable ties instead - much tidier. This is a really excellent bicycle basket which is well attached to a new pannier rack I have fitted to my 1978 Raleigh Traveller bicycle.
