Winelight - Modern Day Classic
Winelight is without a doubt a fantastic album - I bought the original release many years ago and wore it out. Grover Washington Jr (GW Jr) such a superb musician and composer and his collaboration with the late great Bill Withers on "Just The Two Of Us" is a modern day classic. There is not one mediocre track on the album - all one has to do is put the needle on the record sit back and enjoy the music. I have the album in all formats that is how good I think it is and for those of you who have never heard of GW Jr, this is a great introduction into his musical style and the genre of smooth jazz. If you purchase this album you will not be disappointed, a great reissue with original cover art work and excellent master sound reproduction.
